Brighton Project
Side walls of walkout pushed on the wall, causing it to crack. The sidewall of the walkout was twisted and cracked. Cracked portion of foundation wall removed and failing sidewall. Stairs and door were able to be saved. 1 new sidewall built and drain installed in the floor of the walkout.
Gates ProjectGarage wall was cracked due to settling fill under garage floor. Broken portion of the wall was removed, dirt/fill filled and compacted under garage floor from the outside, and wall built. Only the broken potion of the wall was replaced, saving the homeowner thousands of dollars.
Greece Project
Walkout walls pushed on foundation wall causing it to fail. Door and window were saved to save homeowner money. Both walls on the walkout were cracked and moving. Poured stairs were tied to shifting block walls. Footers, stairs, and walk out walls were replaced and grading and drainage corrected. New drainage in walk out and new window well installed.
Irondequoit Project
Cracked basement wall was unable to be reinforced with Grip-Tite Wall Anchors due to the amount of cracking and movement of the wall. Wall was replaced down to the footer and backfilled in lifts to appropriately grade yard.
Penfield Project
22' long block wall in Penfield needed to be replaced because of close proximity to neighbor's home. Grip-Tite Wall Anchors were not an option. Wall had 2 horizontal cracks, with 1 of them at the base of the wall.
