Corner of home settled due to poor ground saturation ability. Grip-Tite Helical Piers were drilled down to bedrock to support the home.
Penfield Project
Grip-Tite Helical Piers installed for settling wall. After lifting the structure and stabilization, cracks were covered to prevent water passing through.
Tonawanda Project
Grip-Tite Helical Piers installed for settling corner. During backfill, fill was re-compacted.
